What is TRX Training?
TRX Training was born of the Navy Seals as a way to exercise while on duty. The elegant simplicity of using nylon straps to suspend the body provides a whole new way to exercise. Traditional body weight exercises like push-ups, lunges and pull-ups take on new challenging positions that make for an ultra efficient workout.
TRX is used by the NFL, NBA and virtually every major sports league, plus the US military and elite athletes around the world.

All new clients undergo a fitness assessment to determine their current skill levels. The assessment measures the following parameters:

- Strength Level
- Overall Fitness Level
- Body Fat Analysis
- Body Mass Index (BMI)
